(BNA) -- A bill in Congress that would provide $1 billion to clean up old coal mines that has failed to gain traction in the past now appears poised to move—possibly as part of the upcoming infrastructure bill.
GWP dues cover the calendar year and are based on a member organization's grant payout. The dues for organizations that join later during the year are pro-rated. Dues are determined by a formula applied to the average of a three-year payout period.
Funders in Allegheny County pay the calculated amount in full.
Funders located in the Collar County Region pay 75% of the calculated dues amount.
