Common Grant Application Form/Common Grant Report Form

Many funders now have online portals where they accept applications for grants and only a handful of funders accept the actual form. We recommend using the Common Grant Application Form as a guide to help you collect the needed information to enter into onine grant portals. It does not encompass every item that funders request in their proposals, but it includes the basic information that most funders request.

When approaching any funder, the best recomendation is to visit the funder's website for its most current processes and funding priorities.  All funding organizations appreciate adherence to their current funding guidelines and procedures.  Please note many funders request an initial letter of inquiry (LOI) prior to submitting a full proposal.

All request for grants based on the Common Grant Application Form should be forwarded directly to a funding organization (not to GWP), since GWP itself does not make grants.  Similarly, grant reports using the Common Grant Report Form should be forwarded directly to an organization's funders, not to GWP.
