Startups with big missions are all the rage, but here’s what it takes to build mission into an established company.  In this concise Shift Forum talk, Lata Reddy, Senior VP of Diversity, Inclusion & Impact at Prudential Financial and Chair and President of The Prudential Foundation, outlines how a 140+ year old company meets its original mission by incorporating CSR into its practices.
