Each year, Grantmakers Income Security Taskforce (GIST) and Grantmakers for Children, Youth and Families (GCYF) co-sponsor an Annual Budget and Tax Briefing for their members. She and her board arrived at a new focus that puts policy advocacy at the forefront of the foundation’s work.
