The Food & Community initiative seeks to address some of the root causes of health inequities – access to good food and opportunities for physical activity – so that all children have the opportunity to thrive in school and life.
New Jersey Partnership for Healthy Kids (NJPHK) is a statewide program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) with technical assistance and direction provided by the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance. This report talks about the vision for the Greater Philadelphia Food System - A sustainable regional food system that provides all people a safe and nutritious food supply grown in a manner that protects health and the environment and adds economic and social value to rural, suburban, and urban communities.
