This piece in Fast Company describes the outsized positive impact of inclusion in the workplace.  Its author argues that “hiring and supporting employees with disabilities isn’t just a matter of corporate social responsibility or public relations; it’s good business.”  As evidence, he points to a recent research report by AAPD and Accenture; it found that businesses that offer the most inclusive working environments for employees with disabilities also posted higher revenue, bigger profit margins and more net income than their industry peers..  Read a summary here.
