Pittsburgh-region corporations and foundations are supporting a leadership initiative to address corporate diversity.
The Advanced Leadership Initiative is meant to invest in African-American executive talent, including an eight-month executive education program at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, according to a news release. GWP Members, EQT Foundation, Highmark Health, PNC, UPMC and the Richard King Mellon Foundation as well as the POISE Foundation are supporting the initiative.
