Recently, New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli called on major corporations to be more pro-active in demonstrating their commitment to full inclusion of people with disabilities. The announcement put inclusion into the corporate accountability mainstream alongside environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. This article states the case for inclusion and calls on companies to start working on the issue.
