During our last Blackbaud User Session, one of the action items that emerged was to have an opportunity to engage directly with Blackbaud representatives about progress on current updates and future changes to the system.
At this session we will hear directly from Blackbaud staff and engage in a discussion about current issues and questions as well as information about the upcoming switch to the cloud-based system, Blackbaud Sky.

Note: To help inform the agenda and give Blackbaud issues to address, after registration, you will receive a link to a Google doc to upload your current helpdesk issues and product ideas.
