GWP’s Administrative Learning Network provides members’ administrative staff with professional development opportunities; information on trends and available tools relevant to their work; and an opportunity to learn from, and network with, one another.

Join us for our first session in 2018 during which we will learn some lesser-known tricks and features in the Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite that will help to increase productivity and keep us all organized.  We will also review some of our favorite tried-and-true tips that are always well-worth revisiting.

Please let us know if you have any specific questions or issues you would like the workshop facilitator to address. You will have the opportunity to submit advance questions during the registration process. You can also email Paula with questions for the presenter at any time.

Trainer:  Gina McGrath, Technology Director, YWCA Westmoreland County

Gina McGrath is the Technology Director at the YWCA Westmoreland County. In addition to being the network administrator for the organization’s two sites, Gina also manages the YWCA Technology Center creating the curriculum and class schedules and regularly teaches technology classes to adult learners, she manages the afterschool YWCA TechGYRLS robotics program, organizes the nonprofit technology meetup group, Bagels & Bytes in Westmoreland County and is adjunct faculty at Westmoreland County Community College. Gina holds an associate degree in computer science from Westmoreland County Community College and a bachelor of science in business management/information technology from Seton Hill University

This will be a brown-bag meeting, so please feel free to bring a lunch.  GWP will provide drinks and desserts along with something special to recognize all of the hard-working administrative professionals in our network in advance of Administrative Professionals Day on the 25th!
