The new year is often the time when many organizations pull out their document retention policies and open up some room in their file cabinets. With so much of the funding process going digital, the question of what to keep and what to shred can sometimes be a dilemma.

How do you decide what to retain and what to toss? How do you keep your retention policy up to date? Join us for an open discussion about how GWP members have kept the piles of paperwork organized and also share resources used to establish a document retention policy.

We will also take a look at how technology helps us more efficiently manage our work day tasks. Share your favorite smart phone apps and online resources with roundtable members to increase the effectiveness of our administrative network.
