Finding and navigating funding opportunities at the State level can be challenging for nonprofits, especially those that are small or early-stage. One of the ways grantmakers can help nonprofits is by familiarizing yourself with available state funding sources, so you can share the information with your grantees.
During this session, State Rep. Sara Innamorato (21st District/ Allegheny County) and representatives from four departments of the Commonwealth will share information about available funding opportunities and processes for nonprofits to access those funds. Together, we will explore how each department administers its grant programs and how foundations can assist grantees to take advantage of these opportunities.
We hope you’ll join us to update your knowledge of current public-sector support and build stronger connections between private and public funding streams.
