To ensure an accurate U.S. census in April 2020, philanthropy is helping to lead the way. GWP members Phil Koch (The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County) and Alyssa Cholodofsky (United Way of SWPA) are among the Westmoreland County community leaders who are creating the county’s Complete Count Committee, a volunteer coalition of nonprofit, philanthropic, government and business leaders.
