Created in 2006 by the Sheri and Les Biller Family Foundation and developed by the banking sector, BankWork$® is an industry-recognized training program that has resulted in nearly 2,000 graduates landing service-related jobs at financial institutions in 14 cities across the U.S.  BankWork$® strives to help meet the talent needs of participating financial institutions while assisting those with barriers to employment become qualified candidates for tellers, customer service representatives, and personal bankers.

Partner4Work, in collaboration with the PA Bankers Association and 16 partnering financial institutions including Citizens Bank and PNC are bringing the first training of its kind to the Pittsburgh region and recruitment for the first class in Pittsburgh is expected to begin this fall.
