Friday, November 8, 2019

A New York County Supreme Court judge has ordered President Trump to pay $2 million in damages to a number of nonprofit organizations as part of a settlement involving his now-dissolved foundation.  The Trump family did not meet their obligations for oversight of charitable resources before shutting down a year ago. The organizations listed in the court order will share the charity's remaining liquid assets, about $1.8million.
