Snapshot 2017: What U.S. Employees Think about Workplace Giving, Volunteering, and CSR

America’s Charities recently released its Snapshot 2017 report on workplace giving, probing what motivates employees to participate as donors. More than 70 percent of employees reported that it was important to work for a company that aligned with their personal values – but even more of them indicated that it was critical to be able to choose the charity or cause they contribute to.
