Forbes profiles the CSR program of TCC, which is the largest Verizon Premium Wireless retailer in the United States. Its nationally-recognized Culture of Good initiative - a movement in which TCC gives back in every community it does business - has succeeded in making a difference in local communities while also keeping employees happy and engaged in their work. A high majority -- 86% -- of the company’s employees say that the Culture of Good gives them a sense of fulfillment in their work, and almost two-thirds (65%) say it contributes to staying employed by TCC.
