The Richard King Mellon Foundation has announced a $1 million donation to The Advanced Leadership Institute. The foundation had previously provided $100,000 in financial support to pilot the TALI Leadership Academy in 2018 and a $1 million gift in 2020. TALI, in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, provides programming and support for Black leaders in the Pittsburgh business community.
