The Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) is excited to announce a new version of the Standards for Excellence® program for 2015. Standards for Excellence is the premier ethics and accountability program for the nonprofit sector. The program is national in scope and offers a variety of resources to strengthen nonprofit governance and operations and improve accountability to the public as well as assure donor confidence.
PANO is holding an event in greater Pittsburgh featuring presentations on the updated standards, with time for networking. The event is being hosted at the Mt. Lebanon Public Library on August 19 from 1:30-4:00PM. Funders and nonprofits are both welcome; visit here for more details and to register for the program.
