In the May 19 edition of The Chronicle of Philanthropy, GWP member John Rohe, Vice President for Philanthropy at Colcom Foundation, explored some of the long-range questions posed by the current debate over immigration reforms. In this opinion piece, he contends that philanthropy should consider both the 'winners' and 'losers' created by laws governing immigration to the U.S., as well as the balance between people and natural resources.
