Leading Corporate Philanthropies Announce New Reporting Standard That Could Save The Nonprofit Sector $1.2 Billion Annually

The Impact Genome Project (IGP) offers a common, sector-wide framework for common reporting standards for nonprofits, and five American corporations are adopting the IGP platform as the basis for reporting from their grantees.  These businesses contend that an industry-wide standard for grant reporting will better measure the impact of their giving as well as save nonprofits time (and therefore money).
