The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency recognized Jane Downing of The Pittsburgh Foundation, for her work in affordable housing with their Housing Pioneer Award. Jane has led the Pittsburgh Foundation’s grantmaking in community and economic development for more than 20 years. The Housing Pioneer Award honors individuals and organizations that have distinguished themselves over decades as champions for affordable housing. This recognition is intended to honor and thank them, and hopefully inspire others to follow in their footsteps.
