Several GWP members were recognized in the 2022 Disability Equality Index, including Giant Eagle Inc., Highmark Health, PNC Financial Services Group Inc., Covestro , BNY Mellon, and Bayer. The index assesses company performance as it pertains to inclusion of employees with disabilities and accessibility. The index assigns each participating company a score from 0 to 100 based on how well each company commits to and demonstrates inclusion of those with disabilities, based on both foundational best practices and emerging trends.
