On August 21, GWP executive director Barbara Sieck Taylor provided testimony at a Pennsylvania Senate Transportation Committee hearing. She described how an under-resourced public transit system affects the nonprofit agencies supported by GWP members’ grants, as well as the people those agencies are working to serve.
