Governor Tom Wolf announced his proposed 2016-17 budget on February 9, projecting a structural deficit of some $2 billion. As GWP members know, work on Pennsylvania’s 2015-16 budget is not yet finished, adversely affecting many local nonprofits and GPNP released a statement urging lawmakers to make tough choices, end the impasse and hold off any further adverse consequences for nonprofits.
