Every June, the Giving USA Foundation publishes its analysis of the past year’s charitable giving and this year’s results are now available. In 2015, an estimated $373.25 billion was given for charitable purposes from individuals, estates, foundations, and corporations – setting a new high for a second year. Corporate gifts specifically rose 3.8 percent last year to a total of $18.45 billion.
