The McCune Foundation and the Richard King Mellon Foundation have joined together to create a Sabbatical
Program for nonprofit executives. The program provides up to $75,000 to cover leaders’ salaries during three-month sabbaticals. The time away helps to rejuvenate nonprofit leaders, while also offering enhanced professional opportunities to staff who take on more responsibilities during the leaders’ absences.
