The Forbes Funds has announced the inaugural class of the newly launched Anti-Racism Cohort (ARC). The Forbes Funds partnered with The University of Pittsburgh, The Department of the Future, and The Heinz Endowments to launch the year-long learning cohort that builds on the best practices of diversity, equity, and inclusion training and optimizes these core practices into human-centered design exercises that aid in systemically shifting organizational cultures.
