The Allegheny Conference is partnering with Eden Hall Foundation to use the $10 million funding to provide grants to “support operational nonprofits and specific initiatives” meant to help spur more revitalization. Grants will be paid out over a five-year period and specific goals of the revitalization efforts are still being finalized.
