The Edelman Trust Barometer 2020

The global communications firm Edelman has now released its 2020 Trust Barometer, which annually assesses trust in NGOs, business, government and media. This year, ethical characteristics (like integrity, purpose and dependability) were three times more likely to result in trust than competence alone – which supports businesses that are redefining their goals to include providing social value.
