A study by Deloitte was recently released adding additional context to the working style, behaviors, and needs of the millennial generation. In this study, Deloitte asserts that millennials prefer to work with companies where leadership demonstrates a commitment to positive impact on society and the environment. Many companies have developed a ‘social mission’ in response, as Millennial and Gen Z employees believe that business profits and social impact don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
