The Benter Foundation has launched an awards program to fund creative leadership development initiatives for Pittsburgh nonprofits. In the inaugural Benter Vision Awards, the philanthropy will award a total of $120,000 to five organizations for staff leaders to use for innovative training. After they complete leadership training, the winners will be eligible to apply for additional support.
