Diverse opportunities to mentor young people make an effective employee engagement strategy at AT&T. Working with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Communities In Schools (CIS), AT&T employees are working with youth in middle schools in person, and virtual mentoring programs are available with organizations like iCouldBe and We Teach Science.
