The Arconic Foundation has expanded its mission and funding priorities to include both environmental sustainability and social equity. As part of their new expanded mission, Arconic launched their Grow Together inclusion and diversity awareness campaign and committed to offering grants to social equity-focused organizations. Through the Grow Together campaign, Arconic pledged $25 to each of six organizations selected for every social justice action — volunteering, donating, etc. — that its employees recorded.
