Funder-grantee relationships are stronger when they are built on the foundation of trust. Using a lens of trust-based philanthropy enables foundations to proactively address power imbalances with their grantee partners and foster relationships built on trust, dialogue and transparency -- ultimately contributing to deeper learning and more effective organizations.

This webinar will dive into the six key principles of trust-based philanthropy, how you can put them to work in your community foundation and strategies to engage and educate your donors to understand how they too can support your efforts to foster long-term, trust-based relationships with your grantee partners.

Speakers

Mauri Ingram, president and chief executive office, Whatcom Community Foundation

Pamela Jons, executive vice president, Whatcom Community Foundation

Shaady Salehi, Mission Minded
