Shale Lapping, President, Investment Performance Evaluation Xperts (IPEX)
Shale obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, his MBA from McGill University and his law degree from the University of Chicago. Shale is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Investment Management Analyst. Prior to entering the investment field, Shale practiced corporate law for six years, specializing in legal and investment issues that impact trust funds. Shale began working directly with the investment community in 1989, when he joined the firm that served as the predecessor to IPEX. Shale was vice-president of that firm for seven years and has been president of IPEX since the firm's inception.
Nanci Morris, CFA, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Kidderbrook Group
Nanci is an Investment Consultant and Chartered Financial Analyst with over 25 years’ experience providing investment solutions to Endowments, Foundations and Retirement plans. Nanci was a Senior Vice President with Callan Associates where she was responsible for advising clients on investment policy, asset allocation and manager selection. Prior to Callan, Nanci was a Partner and Portfolio Manager and Director of Client Service at David J Greene &Co. LLC, an equity asset management boutique in NYC. Most recently, she was Director of Public Markets for Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ $1 billion Endowment Fund.
