THINC30-18

When:
Wednesday, October 17, 2018 (All day)
Where:
David L. Lawrence Convention Center

Same place. Different date.

Covestro will host its second annual THINC30 summit Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

This year’s THINC30 summit will bring together some of the country’s and region’s leading thinkers and doers on how businesses, organizations and individuals are forging partnerships to create sustainable, thriving, inclusive communities using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (U.N. SDGs) as their guide.

This year’s theme is “Putting Purpose to Work in Pittsburgh: Integrating the UNSDGs in Thought and Action.”

Keynote speakers include: Cristina Mittermeier, one of National Geographic’s leading photographers and explorers, on “Giving Voice to Your Purpose;” Katharine Wilkinson, senior writer at Project Drawdown and of New York Times bestseller, Drawdown, on how Pittsburgh can create its own plan; and, Valerie Kinloch, Dean of the School of Education at University of Pittsburgh and scholar of race, place, literacy and equity.

We’re busy putting the program together and will share more details soon. In the meantime, we’re pleased to provide you with highlights from last year’s THINC30 summit in The Takeaway report. You can also find more information about the conference on our website.

We hope to see you October 17.
