Networking Reception and Dinner: Encouraging Entrepreneurship in Food Systems 

Join your colleagues from across the state for a reception and dinner at the Smallman Galley, a restaurant and chef incubator. During the reception, we will enjoy a signature cocktail provided by Wigle Whiskey, Pittsburgh’s-own and one of a few craft distilleries in the United States that produces every product sold from scratch, from local organic grain. We will also hear from Wigle about their initiatives to grow tourism, agriculture, and manufacturing economies by enhancing our regional food and drink system. Over dinner, we will learn more about Smallman Galley’s business model and mission and engage in a discussion about encouraging entrepreneurship in food systems.
