Ensuring that each individual has an opportunity to gain self-awareness and to realize their impact on communication style within team dynamics is key to effective leadership development. And adopting new behaviors requires reinforcement and practice before they become ‘normal or automatic’ to the individual and to any team. Join us for this session with Colleen Redshaw, leadership development and executive coach, to explore and practice these skills.

During this session participants will:

  • improve self-awareness and understanding of the multi-dimensional aspect of communication and problem-solving
  • recognize one’s own and other’s singular skills, strengths, and their value to their networks
  • develop skills to encourage free flow of communication among colleagues
  • practice strategic communication and ‘intent vs. impact’ in team interactions

During this session, we will be relying on the results of a Predictive Index behavior assessment. Once you have registered, you will receive a link to take the assessment.

This program is developed in partnership with the Growing Leaders in Philanthropy Network and is intended for an audience of early-career philanthropy professionals.

Seats are limited and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This will be a brown-bag session, so please feel free to bring your lunch. Drinks and desserts will be provided.
