Join GWP for an “Off the Record” discussion with Partner4Work’s new CEO, Earl Buford and their board chair, Mark Latterner. Our conversation will be moderated by senior program officer at the Richard King Mellon Foundation, Lisa Kuzma.
Partner4Work is the workforce development organization that connects funding, expertise, and opportunities to develop a thriving workforce in the Pittsburgh region. Earl began his position with the organization in the summer of 2018. In his role as CEO, he manages public and private funds to deliver innovative solutions to ensure that current and future needs of businesses and job seekers are met. Earl will be joined in the discussion by Mark Latterner, who is Partner4Work’s current board chair and Pittsburgh Market President at Citizens Bank.
During this session, we’ll hear from Earl and Mark about the current status of workforce development and projects underway in our region, as well as their vision for the development, integration, and implementation of a world-class workforce development system in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A, so be sure to bring your questions.
Following the program, we hope you’ll stay on to get to know Earl and Mark over wine and hors d'oeuvres during a networking reception.
