Quarterly coffee talks offer an informal space for corporate grantmaking professionals to share ideas, advice, and lessons-learned about their grantmaking practices.
Join us for the 4th quarter meetup of the series, where we will explore challenges, learn from one another, and discover new strategies to maximize philanthropic impact.
This session will be hosted by Ange Loiseau, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Covestro. We will be discussing how employee engagement and volunteerism has shifted and in many ways, become more challenging throughout the pandemic. We'll examine new ways to think about employee engagement and share strategies about how to re-engage off-site and work-from-home employees.

Audience: This session is open to GWP Corporate members. We have also extended the invitation to corporate members of Philanthropy Ohio and Philanthropy West Virginia.
About the Coffee Talks:
Each session is hosted by a different corporate member each quarter. Each host will bring a topic to the table for discussion, but the format will be kept loose and open to allow everyone the opportunity to share and network-build. The Corporate Member Learning Network is intended for corporate grantmaking professionals. This network provides an opportunity to build relationships, share knowledge, and learn together. The quarterly programs explore current challenges, best practices, CSR, and other emerging topics in the field.
These sessions will be virtual until members begin to feel more comfortable meeting in person. As we move to more in-person meeting, we anticipate having a mechanism for members to connect to the meetings virtually. We will keep you updated on the format of these meetings as we get closer to the dates.
