Employee engagement can be used as a powerful tool to build loyalty, enhance employee morale, develop talent, and increase the value of current relationships with nonprofit partners. Research shows that an engaged workforce can be linked directly to business success.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee networks that can play an important role for businesses to deepen that level of employee engagement by integrating a diverse workforce and helping to keep employees motivated by giving them a sense of inclusion. In addition, organizations that recognize the benefits of these groups as business partners can leverage them in community engagement roles such as recruiting and retention and product development and marketing.

Join us for a discussion about employee engagement, and ERGs specifically, with Patricia Bucek, National Director of Marketing and Talent Attraction at Vibrant Pittsburgh.  Vibrant Pittsburgh supports the development of local ERGs since they see them having a vital role in advancing their mission by attracting and recruiting diverse talent to the region’s workforce.

Light lunch will be served.
