When the stakes are high and opinions may vary, research shows that we avoid hard conversations – out of fear of conflict or lack of confidence. Being able to hold space for and navigate these conversations is essential to your leadership. Join GWP's Administrative Learning Network for this workshop on holding conversations that matter, led by Kristen Lucas from ProInspire. This will be an interactive session that will include the use of Zoom breakout rooms to have smaller group discussions.

During this session participants will:

  • Work together to identify and learn key approaches for conversations, including inquiry and advocacy framework
  • Discuss what is working and opportunities to improve conversations within the organization
  • Learn and practice skills for more effectively preparing for, starting, and holding conversations that matter

This will be a virtual session, please plan to use your video, if possible. Connection details will be sent after registration. This session will not be recorded.

We are committed to making GWP programs accessible to all members. If you have questions, or if an accommodation would be helpful to fully participate in this program, please reach out to Paula or call 412-471-6488 and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
