Employee engagement can be used as a powerful tool to build loyalty, enhance employee morale, develop talent, and increase the value of current relationships with nonprofit partners. Research shows that an engaged workforce can be linked directly to business success.

Join us as Scott Hudson leads us in a roundtable discussion around some of the most effective and creative ways that companies can maximize their social impact with non-cash resources and leverage employee talents and skills.

Scott Hudson worked for the Alcoa Foundation for almost 14 years, serving most recently as a Principal Manager; both Alcoa and Alcoa Foundation have been repeatedly recognized for the breadth and depth of their employee engagement efforts.  Scott is currently the Director of Business Solutions for the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board.

Light breakfast will be served.
