Are you having difficulty bringing clarity and focus to your company’s social impact efforts? Maybe you have identified a focus and high-level strategy, but are now struggling with how to turn that into action and programs? Perhaps you have been implementing programs, but don’t know how to measure or describe your impact?
Join us for a session with FSG, a mission-driven social impact consulting firm, to learn and apply some practical tools and approaches for bringing focus and progress to your company’s social impact work. Informed by hundreds of engagements to advise companies across industries on their corporate philanthropy, social responsibility, shared value, and “corporate purpose” work, this session will focus on introducing some frameworks and activities for helping you advance the impact of your organization, while providing space for discussion and peer learning. In particular, the content for this session will draw on the concepts outlined in the following resources, which you may choose to read in advance:
- Simplifying Strategy: A practical toolkit for corporate societal engagement
- Advancing Strategy: How to lead change in corporate societal engagement
This will be offered as a virtual meeting. Connection details will be shared after registration.
