Join GWP for a program that examines new financing mechanisms for real estate development and explores the philanthropic sector’s role in the community development financing process.

We will look at the partnerships around Pittsburgh’s Eastside project as a case-study and learn how the pieces fit to ensure a viable project.

Joining us for this conversation will be:

  • Mark Minnerly, Director of Real Estate, The Mosites Company
  • Robert Rubinstein, Acting Director, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh
  • Skip Schwab, Investment Officer, East Liberty Development, Inc.
  • Rob Stephany, Director of Economic and Community Development, The Heinz Endowments

This will be a brown bag meeting, so feel free to bring your lunch. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

This program is brought to you by the GWP Community Development Roundtable (co-chairs, Stephanie Cipriani and Jane Downing).
