Join the Administrative Learning Network to hear from Shelly D. Hammond, Vice President of Programs for The Advanced Leadership Institute. Shelly will lead a discussion on being purposeful and intentional about who you are and how you can best leverage that in your career which can only be determined by you. Controlling the aspects of your professional brand and understanding the aspects of leadership not only helps with intentional work alignment, but also your own satisfaction and fulfillment.
During the session, Shelly will touch on how your personality type influences many areas of your life and how that affects you in your work. To learn your personality type you can take the test from 16 personalities here. The results of the test are meant to inspire personal growth and an improved understanding of yourself and your relationships.
