The Dexter F. and Dorothy H. Baker Foundation is currentlly seeking a Foundation Director to lead its work in the Lehigh Valley. The Foundation Director will represent the Dexter F. and Dorothy H. Baker Foundation, form relationships in the community, participate and execute strategic planning efforts with the Board of Directors and oversee local grantmaking. The Foundation is seeking a leader, collaborator, and innovator who aligns with the Foundation’s legacy and values of integrity, creativity, excellence, and curiosity.
